To mark this incredible milestone, we hosted a celebration at The Newbury, gathering our dedicated team to acknowledge the hard work that has driven the company’s success.To kick off the event the team were greeted by a fabulous fire eater outside the Newbury, then proceeded inside to enjoy delicious food while being thoroughly entertained by an astonishing magician. The evening was rounded off by everyone lifting the roof while singing their favourite hits at ‘bandeoke’!
Established in 2014 with a small team of five based in Parkway, Newbury, Fidelity Energy has grown significantly over the past decade, now employing more than 50 people locally. We support over 6,000 businesses across the UK, including local institutions like Newbury Racecourse, Newbury College, and Donnington Grove. Fidelity Energy has consistently supported their team and customers through events such as Covid and the energy crisis.
Our mission is to help businesses secure the best value from their energy contracts, reduce customers’ carbon footprints and simplify utility management, through a combination of strong partnerships, dedicated people, and innovative technology.

Along with the 10th anniversary, 2024 has been an especially momentous year which included a move to new offices on Bartholomew Street and external investment from Private Equity firm Blixt Group, paving the way for continued organic growth and strategic partnerships in the energy sector.
