Who can become a partner?

Any business that looks after clients and wants to offer them energy can become a Fidelity Energy partner, from telecoms and IT resellers to brokers and consultants. You bring us your customers' bills, and we quote the market, handle every contract and look after each account for its whole life. Your customers also get the Etainabl platform to manage their energy, and projects that cut what they use.

What do I need to get a quote?

You only need your customer's latest energy bills to get a quote. Send them to Fidelity Energy and we prepare the quote, comparing prices from 24+ suppliers. If your customer chooses to switch, we handle the contract from start to finish. Our partner portal can also price electricity and gas across our suppliers in minutes.

How are partners paid?

Fidelity Energy pays partners on commercial terms agreed with you up front, using a model built for partners. We run an open-book policy with no hidden charges, so you see the commercials on every deal. To talk through how the model would work for your business, call 0800 048 4800 or fill in the partner registration form.

What support do I get?

Fidelity Energy partners get sales support from an experienced team, marketing material you can white-label, and a team that handles the admin, from half-hourly data requests to meter installs. Our operations team resolves complex supplier issues, our trading team keeps your customers informed about the market, and you have one point of contact.

Offer energy to your customers. We do the rest.
