Our 2024 Sustainability Report reflects a year of meaningful progress. We’ve reduced our emissions and offset the rest through certified global initiatives, including improving cookstoves in Ugandan schools. It’s a significant milestone in our goal to lead by example and help UK businesses make smarter, greener energy choices.
At Fidelity, sustainability isn’t just a goal, it’s part of how we work. This year, 92% of the energy used at our Newbury office came from renewable sources. We’ve also introduced expanded advisory services, helping customers report on and reduce their own carbon emissions.
The report shares our progress across three key areas: supporting our people, working with our communities, and reducing our environmental impact. It includes updates on everything from our apprenticeship program and charitable partnerships to our green energy services, including EV charging and solar installations.
We’ve always believed in doing things properly. Becoming carbon neutral is one part of a bigger plan, and we’re just getting started.
