Evolve Housing & Support had a portfolio of over 60 gas and electricity supplies, across 10 different suppliers and 7 contract end dates – Some sites on OOC rates and a mixture of NHH and HH meters. The portfolio was not being managed proactively, bills were not verified and Evolve struggled to keep track of all the contracts resulting in many falling onto contract out of contract rates, some on deemed rates and they were still paying for sites they had disposed of.
We carried out a full audit report of the estate, contacted all suppliers and collated the portfolio information. Using our portal to automate the production of the 51 NHH quotes and tendered 17 HH meters with 14 suppliers.  On a face to face basis, we then explained to Evolve the options, offered a structured Co-Terminus common contract end date agreements, consolidated billing across 2 suppliers, one for gas and one electricity.
Moreover, by proactively monitoring the markets and suggesting the right time to buy Evolve have now extended the contracts and locked in pricing avoiding the recent market highs. We carry out all move adds and changes and recently helped them consolidate with Grenfell Housing Association.
