An estate audit, a single-supplier green energy tender and Etainabl reporting for Lawfront's group of regional law firms.
Lawfront is a group of leading regional law firms with a large estate across many locations. It was dealing with multiple suppliers and contract end dates, and it was unclear which properties were in the portfolio and being charged for.
The group wanted to consolidate suppliers, align end dates and see usage and billing for every site in one place, to support its sustainability goals. It came to us on the recommendation of another customer.
We started with a full audit of the estate, cross-referencing postcode look-ups, national databases and Lawfront's own records. Where meter data was missing, we used a letter of authority to get it from the incumbent supplier.
We then ran a full tender with our pre-vetted suppliers, presented the results with our recommendations and set up the Etainabl platform for ongoing monitoring.
Lawfront now buys green gas and electricity from a single supplier and saves around £17,500 a year. The switch to green energy has cut carbon by nearly 250 metric tonnes.
Etainabl gives the group live energy data across its whole estate, so it can set and track its sustainability goals. Lawfront is renewing its energy contracts with us.
