On Friday 27th September at 5.17am, Dean Crann, Jacob Hunter-Flack, Raj Blanchard, Owen Miller and Jack James began their fundraising walk - the grueling George Fisher Tea Round which is a 30-mile route including 10 peaks and a 12000ft+ ascent!
The team gave it their all and completed half of the course, walking for 13 hours 48 minutes! They desperately wanted to complete all of the 10 peaks but due to it getting dark, it would not have been safe to continue.
This was a truly momentous effort and we hope you will join us in congratulating them on this fantastic achievement!
The team raised £2,880 for Action Through Enterprise, which will contribute towards tacking poverty in Upper West Africa.
