John Haw
Managing Director, John has spent 19 years in Telecoms before switching to join Fidelity Energy in 2015. John was part of the management team at Gamma for 11 years and has held roles at Vodafone and MCI Worldcom. John believes in the channel (as a route to market) and Automation. Its these founding principles that are being used to build the Fidelity Energy business. John has a degree in business studies
Simon Payne
Founder and CEO – Simon is a serial entrepreneur and has built and sold a number of successful businesses, including Cable Telecom to Telstra. Simon very much believes that the “journey has to be fun” and we try to make sure this filters down to the team at Fidelity Energy. Simon was named Entrepreneur of the year in 2004 and has been recognised repeatedly by the Sunday Times Tech track.
Howard Richards
IT Director Howard Richards has over 20 years’ experience in business management, IT systems operations and software development. He has worked closely with Simon, where he also successfully helped to build several successful businesses, including the sale of Cable Telecom to Telstra. Currently based in the UK, he has in the past worked in several countries including Japan, Hong Kong, India, South Africa, and Italy.
Sean Dixon
Sales Director Sean Dixon got his competitive edge from a young age, an accomplished rower, representing Great Britain multiple times which earned him a scholarship to USA where he went on to graduate from Boson University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Finance and Economics. After university Sean rowed in Henley-On-Thames and started his career initially in telecoms working his way up to Sales Manager for Fidelity Group. In 2016 he became part of the Fidelity Energy team and by 2018 had been promoted to Sales Director and now manages the whole partner channel and the Fidelity Energy sales team.
